Terms & Conditions

We offer exchange only in case the product is found to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery.


To be eligible for an exchange, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video as proof.


No exchange request will be accepted without a proper unboxing video.


Refunds are strictly not applicable under any circumstances.


We ensure proper quality checks before dispatch. However, if a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, the customer may request an exchange by submitting a valid unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel.


After verification, the product will be exchanged accordingly.
Refunds are not applicable in any case.
Exchange requests without video proof will not be entertained.
