Refund Policy
Personalized & Energized Products-
All our crystals are customized and energetically charged using the customer’s name and date of birth.
Because of this personalization, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed.
Damaged or Incorrect Products-
If you receive a product that is:
-Physically damaged during transit, or
-Incorrect from what was ordered
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
-Clear photos or videos of the product
-Your order number
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on the situation.
No Refunds On
-Change of mind after order confirmation
-Minor natural variations in crystal color, shape, or texture
-Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
-Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order, before the energizing process begins.
-Once the crystal charging process has started, cancellations are not allowed.

Refunds: If your cancellation is successfully processed, you will receive a full refund through the original payment method.
Please note that once the cancellation window has passed, all orders are final, and we will not be able to modify or cancel them.
